WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from FREE ZONE OF ISLA MARGARITA (VENEZUELA) with tracking number (On your request only by email some customers prefer more discretion). You will receive your tracking number by email the day of shipping.
WHY WE NEED TO PAY IN ASIA?
Our warehouse is in FREE ZONE OF ISLA MARGARITA (VENEZUELA) but our offices are in Asia (Thailand and Indonesia) where we manage our activity.
WHY DO I NEED TO PAY THROUGH MONEY TRANSFER COMPANIES (with my credit card) AND YOU DON 'T ACCEPT PAYPAL OR DIRECT PAYMENT WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD?
We know the criticisms against money transfer companies. buying cigarettes requires discretion (for you and for us) and the name of the website where you purchased is not displayed on your bank statement when you use money Transfer companies unlike purchases by credit card.
You should also note that payments of these products are refused by credit card companies and Paypal (read their terms and their refusal in the red text when you do your order).

1/ - The criticisms of our competitors who take great pleasure in trying to demolish us while hiding behind false names. We have 2 court actions against 2 of them!
2/ - And those of our clients whose package arrived late or was lost in the post (these represent less than 2% of all expeditions). These customers are all refunded according to our conditions of sale but THEY NEVER WRITE THAT ON THE FORUM. Because of this, we lost a lot of clients.
